  With understanding of the role quality of hire plays for organizations today and previous recruiting, staffing and human resources assistant experience, I submit my resume for consideration for the positions of any experienced recruiter/HR assistant roles. In addition to my resume, I provide below a brief overview of my ability to match your specific needs based on any position competencies. • Organized recruitment efforts, including resume searches, strategic recruitment planning, placement of advertising and promotional announcements, administration of examinations, and writing of job announcements and application materials. • Administered employment selection tests, trains evaluators and interview panels, reviews scoring, explained tests and examination results and procedures to applicants, and participated in the development of tests by using test item banks, writing items, and performed item analyses. • Conducted reference checks of potential employees, and submitted information for background investigations and responded to results by taking appropriate action. My professional services firm experience encapsulates a number of position competencies. I have a history of strong organizational skills, working closely with my team on individual development plans and understand my role to assist and promote staff member success. I am a South African European Female and have just currently moved over to New Zealand in March 2008. I hold a 2 year work permit, during this time frame I intend applying for P.R. and plan to remain in this magnificent country. 

HR & Recruitment has been my passion for more than 2 years of professional experience. I however ventured on my own and started learning more about HR from home.

 

The most exhilarating aspect of HR & Recruitment was to see both the employees and employers satisfied with the professional service I provided.

 

My interests are learning more about human rights from different countries.

My hobbies are horse riding, fishing and art work.
